Pay annually and get 2 months free. State filing, permit and registration fees are passed through at cost. No setup fees and no per-user charges.
We file electronically in California, Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin on every plan, and add states as we pass each one's e-file testing.
For compliance firms
Each client winery gets the Prepare plan, managed from your firm's login and billed to your firm on one invoice, itemized by client. You set what you charge your clients.

Each price applies to the clients in its step. A firm with 30 clients pays $6,220 a month. Paying yearly takes 2 months off, and state fees are passed through at cost.
