SMS Terms & Consent

This page describes the Pinrates Account & Compliance Notifications text-messaging program operated by Tri-Source Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Pinrates. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
1. Program description
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Pinrates sends transactional and account-related text messages in connection with your account. These include tax-filing and compliance approval requests, filing and payment confirmations, deadline reminders, and account and security notifications. This is not a marketing program.
2. How you opt in
Consent is captured in the Pinrates portal when you provide and verify your mobile number at signup or in your account settings, where you affirmatively agree to receive these messages. We do not add you to the program without your consent, and providing a mobile number is not a condition of purchasing any good or service.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity — for example, when a return becomes ready to file, when a filing is accepted, or when a deadline approaches.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Pinrates does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
5. Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@pinrates.com. You can also manage your messaging preferences in your account settings.
6. How we handle your mobile number
We do not sell your mobile number or your text-messaging consent, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used only to deliver the messaging you have requested and is shared only with the messaging providers that transmit those messages on our behalf. Your opt-in and consent are never transferred to any third party for marketing.

8. Carriers
Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions.
